The products come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at jp@justprotein.co.za and we will rectify the issue and if we can not rectify the issue we are more than happy to give you a 100% refund. 

The Guarantee will only be paid if less than 70% of the product has been consumed. Just Protein will collect the items you are not happy from you. Once the collection has been done, the refund will be processed after packages have been inspected. 

All products come standard with a 7-Day Warranty. The warranty is a set period for all replacements of defects, or exchanges. In the case that a product has a defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via EFT.
