Free shipping on orders over R950, or shipping cost is R79 for orders under R950.

We will ensure your order is fulfilled within 24 hours (during business days) after placing your order. You will receive your parcel within 1 - 4 business days after shipping. This is however depended on the courier company transporting the goods.

For shipments we will use either Courier Guy or Drop24. 

Just Protein can not take responsibility for the courier process, and if a parcel is lost or damaged, Just Protein will ensure that the parcels are replaced at no cost to the customer.

If an order was incorrectly fulfilled please report it within 5 days after receiving your items. Just Protein will ensure that the parcel is replaced at no cost to the customer.

We’re committed to getting your order to you fast. If your order is not delivered within 5 business days of dispatch, you may be eligible for a full refund.

How it works:

• The 5 business day period begins once your order has been shipped.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Eligibility:
This guarantee applies provided that:

• A valid and complete delivery address is provided at checkout.
• The delivery location falls within our standard delivery areas in South Africa.
• The courier is able to successfully complete delivery within normal operating conditions.

Exclusions:
The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• The courier is unable to reach you using the contact details provided.
• Delivery is delayed because no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
• Multiple delivery attempts are required due to customer unavailability.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided.
• Delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.
• If an address is changed by a customer.
• Any international orders.

Claims:

• Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
• Our team will review the courier tracking information to assess eligibility.
• All refunds will be paid in store credit.
