You absolutely can! These protein pancakes are great for breakfast, lunch or even dinner! Protein pancakes are made by combining an egg, our protein pancake mix, and water/milk in a bowl. The batter is then poured into a pan and cooked on medium heat until golden brown. Add some honey and you've got a great high protein breakfast.
